This week I have been to several furniture stores - I am in need of a new dining table and can't decide.. A round modern one or a square more classic one... or maybe a square modern?? Or a round classic? Well you see, as ambivalent as always.. My four favourites are these:

Four Friday Favourites

It's spring!! At least today. The sun is shining and it feels like it would soon start to bloom ?? No?? Not yet but I am in a good mood and up for mingle and a drink or two! This Friday I want to get dressed up and go to cocktail parties. I don't mean to encourage people to drink alcohol but have a look at these pictures and admit that you get thirsty??

Inspiration Home

Earlier today I checked the new issue of Rue. Now it's in the middle of the night and I am searching on internet for furniture and items in order to get as close as I can to the style of this lovely New York home.. this is definitely the new inspiration for my apartment; love it!!

Inspiration Dining rooms

Brad Ford

The american interior designer Brad Ford has a sense for mixing woods, different fabrics and plants in a great way, his style is easy to adapt but still so original. In the first picture below I especially like the fur on the leather day bed - a perfect match of different materials.
